Pello’s Customer Service Policy:
At Pello, our goal is to make products that comfort, simulate and support your children while making your life a little easier. We make unique, expertly designed products for babies, toddlers and older children. Our production and quality assurance teams ensure every Pello meets the highest quality standards.
If a flaw is discovered during the first three months of the limited warranty period, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace your Pello. In the event that you need to exchange your Pello, please remember to include your receipt and customer information (name, address (no PO Boxes), email address, and phone number). We cannot be held responsible for lost shipments. In addition, failure to provide complete information will result in no response from Customer Service.
Pello warranties only products purchased from certified Pello retailers.
This limited warranty does not cover claims resulting from misuse, failure to follow the instructions on installation, maintenance and use, abuse, alteration and normal wear and tear.

How is Pello different from other baby pillows and infant loungers?
The Pello does not have an “expiration” date! Babies outgrow the other baby pillows on the market because it is not recommended to use these pillows/loungers after your baby is over 16 lbs. Everybody loves a cuddly pillow!
